Since I have my own Vitamix* I love to make my own smoothies and I couldn’t live without them anymore.
Sometimes I even replace a whole meal with one of those healthy power drinks. The high vital and nutritious mix of green leafy vegetables, fruits and water kefir is making that smoothie an ideal snack. Very interesting for me is the fact, how the discoverer of green Smoothies “Viktoria Boutenko” got to the idea.
She examined the eating habits of our closest relative -Chimpanzees. She found out that they used to eat a lot of leaves and fruits. Green leafy veggies have a high impact of micronutritions.
