Pineapple-coconut kisses banana-kombucha – A hint of summer is in the air

I send you a sunny HELLO

this fruity-creamy drink with pineapple, coconut milk, banana and your organic kombucha is just a dream. Very delicious and one-two-fix prepared and vegan. Whether with or without Thermomix, Vitamix etc. you mix a very special non-alcoholic white dream.

This Kombucha recipe will make your taste buds explode, conjuring the sun into your heart. There are only a few ingredients and a few moves, you’ve already mixed your own alcohol-free kombucha cocktail.

For this very fruity Kombucha recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • ½ ripe pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150 ml of coconut milk (alternatively plant milk, my article to make your own plant milk can be found here: selfmade soymilk*
  • 200 ml Bio-Kombucha* (You can easily order your complete set here*)

for decoration:

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 pineapple leaves from the stalk
  • 2 small pineapple pieces

If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:

  1. Halve the pineapple and cut off the stem at the top and set aside. Peel half the pineapple and cut into pieces and place in the mixing pot.
  2. Peel the bananas and place in pieces in the mixing pot as well.
  3. Mince the pineapple and banana, level 10 for 30 seconds.
    –>Without Thermomix, chop the fruits in the blender.
  4. Add your organic kombucha and the coconut milk and mix again at speed 10 for 20 seconds and stir until creamy.
    –>Without Thermomix add Bio-Kombucha and coconut milk in your blender or a mixed container and stir until creamy.
  5. Fill your kombucha cocktail into two glasses and decorate with a piece of pineapple and a leaf from the stalk, spread the cinnamon on the drink and enjoy immediately.

Ingredients

Instructions

Peel the bananas and place in pieces in the mixing pot as well.

Mince the pineapple and banana, level 10 for 30 seconds.

Without Thermomix, chop the fruits in the blender.

Add your organic kombucha and the coconut milk and mix again at speed 10 for 20 seconds and stir until creamy.

Without Thermomix add Bio-Kombucha and coconut milk in your blender or a mixed container and stir until creamy.

Fill your kombucha cocktail into two glasses and decorate with a piece of pineapple and a leaf from the stalk, spread the cinnamon on the drink and enjoy immediately.

On a warm day the drink tastes especially nice, if you add some crushed ice to no.4 in the mixing pot (4 tablespoons).
