A sunny HELLO my dears,
I love apple and cinnamon, you may have noticed this in some of my reviews. Take a look at my apple cinnamon Kombucha recipe. Although this combination is more of an autumnal recipe, I do not want to make my creativity dependent on the season.
You don´t need many ingredients … You can replace the soy yoghurt, for example, with your own soy beanfir (make soymilk yourself).
And now let’s start with the recipe for your breakfast …
For this fruity Kombucha recipe you need the following ingredients:
- 160 g Oatmeal
- 250 ml self-made organic Kombucha* (You can order your complete set here*)
- 2 tablespoons of soy yoghurt (alternatively you can also use your homemade vegetable milk with kefir: make soy milk yourself)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 little sweet ripe apples
Decoration:
- 1 handful of cashews* (You can order your own organic cashew nuts here*)
- 2 pieces of apple
You want to make your organic kombucha yourself at home? You can find my article here.
The whole equipment and of course kombucha fungus, sugar, dried fruit and tea in the best organic quality you can also here* easily order online.
If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:
- Put the oatmeal in a bowl with your organic Kombucha overnight and leave it in the fridge.
- The next morning add the soy yoghurt with the cinnamon to the oatmeal and stir.
- Peel the banana and add it in small pieces to the oatmeal and crush the banana with a fork.
- Wash the apples, core them and put aside two thin slices of a quarter for decoration, cut the rest into small pieces and place in the bowl.
- Mix everything well and distribute on two cereal bowls.
- Chop the cashews into chunks (usually works with your hands) and distribute them as decoration on the two bowls.
- Place the provided two quarters slices of apple in the middle of the bowl.
- Serve & enjoy immediately.
PS: Ideal for takeaway in between. For this, give the portion accordingly in an flip top jar and look forward to later.

Liebe Grüße,
