What does vegan yogurt taste like?
It essentially depends on the type of plant milk used. It is of course best to make "soy milk" & Co. yourself. Just have a look here.
Our delicious yogurt starter is a so-called heirloom variety. This means that once you have taken care of the yoghurt culture and made vegan natural yoghurt yourself, you can vaccinate again and again. It's like milk kefir, water kefir, kombucha. In principle, once you have the starter bacteria, you can endlessly make yoghurt yourself and pass it on :-) This yogurt starter ferments thermophilically. If you read about the additives, you can already tell by the name of one of the bacteria. Thermophile means that the yogurt needs heat for fermentation. For this reason, a good yogurt maker or yogurt machine would be very helpful for fermentation. Our vegan yogurt convinces with its unique taste.
