Fairment's Präzisiotikum dietary fibre complex contains 3 special dietary fibres (fructo-oligosaccharides, galacto-oligosaccharides & xylo-oligosaccharides). In addition, the experts at Fairment have decided to supplement this fibre supplement with vitamin B2 (riboflavin), sodium phosphate and salt. The product consists of 100 % natural ingredients. It is also free from colourings, additives, gluten, nuts, soya and lactose.
Dosage of Präzisiotikum

Recommended intake (recommended dosage)
We generally recommend that you take 5 g of Präzisiotikum daily with your main meals. This corresponds to a whole measuring spoon. Remember to always take the powder with sufficient water. When you start with the Präzisiotikum, we recommend that you start carefully so that your gut and the microorganisms it contains can get used to the new preparation. In concrete terms, this means that you start with half a scoop of the powder and then slowly increase to the recommended daily dose (a whole scoop). The advantage of this fibre is that it has no taste. For this reason, you can easily stir the powder into water or other drinks such as tea, juices or coffee. Of course, you can also supplement and refine your meals with it. To ensure you drink enough liquid, we recommend mixing 5 g of the powder with at least 200 ml of water.
