Perfect, nickel-free stainless steel rollers for perfect flakes
The built-in flaker has patented conical rollers made of nickel-free stainless steel. As a result, it turns more easily and does not need such a powerful motor as comparable devices - which is of course also advantageous for environmental reasons. And so the “House & Garden” testers say in the 06/2013 issue: “If there were a price for the most energy-efficient grinder, the Duett 100 would achieve it”. The entire crushing mechanism is made of nickel-free stainless steel and metal, making it extremely robust and durable. So you can enjoy the device for a long time. The 360 watt industrial motor of the integrated FIDIBUS CLASSIC grain mill provides the right power to grind hard grain, pulses and coffee beans. The funnel holds 1200 g of grist and converts it effortlessly into 100 g of fine flour per minute. That is uncompromisingly good. With the flour mill you can experiment with new types of flour for delicious recipes - today you can put together your own flour mixture for your bread from several types of grain and tomorrow you can use low-carb pasta dough made from red lentils - there are no limits to your imagination.
