Usage respectively procedure
- Just put one sachet yoghurt ferment respectively 100 - 150 ml active natural yoghurt and on litre of milk into the inner container of the yoghurt mashine.
- Close the inner container with the cover.
- Boil 750ml of water and put it into the big external device.
- Place the inner container in the joghurt maker and close it.
- After 12 - 14 hours the kefir is ready. Now the yoghurt can be stored for several days like other dairy products.
