This bread bag consists of a purely natural raw material. The fabric is very densely woven, but remains breathable. Your homemade sourdough bread or your sourdough rolls remain fresh in this chic and sustainable bread pocket for a few days without drying out. If the bread is already cut, you can extend the durability by placing the bread in your bread bag on the interface.
Incidentally, this bread bag is also included in the scope of delivery of the Sauerig starter set.

Furthermore we would like to inform you that the packed milk kefir beverage including the kefir grains is a foodstuff with a limited shelf life. The grains come through the transport duration without any problems. Even after a long period of transport the milk kefir grains will make the most delicious drink for you. Please unpack the kefir drink together with the grains immediately after receiving and make a new batch.
As a matter of course our packaging of the the cultures is made from bisphenol A-free plastic bags.
