today I introduce you my potato salad recipe with water kefir. Not many ingredients are needed for the dressing, most of it will be at home. I bought the fresh vegetables in the market …
No matter if it’s the next meeting with friends / family for barbecues or you have to go to work. With this delicious recipe you are well prepared.
PS: You can also prepare this delicious water kefir recipe one day before consumption (just keep it in the fridge).
For this very simple water kefir recipe you need these ingredients:
- 750 g potatoes (hard-boiling)
- 6 medium sized radishes
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 30 ml organic water kefir* (you can order the starter complete set here*)
- ½ teaspoon Himalaya stone salt* (you can order this here*)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar (just make yourself vinegar? How to do it here)

If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:
- Wash the potatoes and cut into small pieces / slices.
- Prepare the potatoes either in your Thermomix according to the stored recipe “boiled potatoes” or cook them softly in your pot on the stove (about 20 minutes).
- In the meantime, wash the radishes and cut into small strips / cubes.
- Also wash the spring onions and cut into fine pieces and place with the radishes in a large salad bowl.
- Put your organic water kefir, salt, pepper and vinegar in the salad bowl and mix it with the spring onions and radishes.
- Let the potatoes cool for about 10 minutes and then add to the remaining ingredients in the bowl.
- Mix everything together well.
The fullness of flavour is developed after a time of about 2 hours (cool place).
