We already showed you a lot of delicious water kefir drinks. Today, we would like to prepare a nice kefir recipe for lunch for you.

What could be better than a tasty couscous salad? Combined with your selfmade water kefir as well as delicious, colourful vegetables, this recipe is like a dream come true. A perfect meal for lunch or your next garden party. Try it yourself!
For your delicious water kefir salad you need:
- 250ml organic water kefir – you can get your organic water kefir here*
- 200g couscous
- 1 onion
- 1 small salad cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 figs (of course you can take those from your kefir batch)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 leaves fresh mint
- Salt, pepper, turmeric
- Spices as you wish
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Some citrus juice
Are you ready for ther recipe? Here it comes:
- Boil couscous as it says on the package and let it cool down
- Wash veggies and cut into small pieces, cut figs as well
- Mix all together in a bowl and add spices, honey, oil, some citrus juice and mint
- Now serve and enjoy

I always felt sorry about discarding them, but didn’t know you could eat them too! Just tried your water kefir and couscous salad and it was just delicious! Please keep sharing other recipes I can use them in. Thank you!!
