Pear-apple-kombucha-shake with almond slivers – the fruity sweet refreshment

Hello everybody,

I am pleased to present you one of my shakes again today. Just a great and fresh mix of pear and apples with your homemade organic Kombucha.

You are in a hurry in the morning and have no time for a long breakfast and still do not want to go out with an empty stomach? Then this kombucha recipe is just right for you.

For this very fruity kombucha recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 15 g almonds* (you can order your organic almonds here*)
  • 2 pears (very ripe, slightly soft)
  • 2 apples
  • 130 ml plantbased milk (My article to make your own plant milk can be found here: make plantbased milk itself)
  • 130 ml organic kombucha* (You can order your complete set here*)
  • 2 tablespoons almond must

for decoration:

  • 2 slices of apple
  • 1 teaspoon of almonds

Tip: If you would like to conjure this drink as a quick breakfast on the go, you can also add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal as an ingredient to mix with.

If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:

  1. Add the almond kernels to the mixing pot / blender and chop into small pieces.
  2. For decoration put 1 tsp. almonds slivers aside.
  3. Grind the remaining almond pieces.
  4. Wash the pears and apples, quarter, core removal. For decoration put 2 thin slices of apple aside. Put the remaining fruits in small pieces in the mixing pot / blender.
  5. Add plantbased milk and your organic kombucha.
  6. The almond butter must also in the blender and mix everything creamy.
  7. Distribute your drink on 2 matching glasses and top with the apple pieces and almond slivers.

When the next hot days with lots of sunshine are at the door, you can also add 4 ice cubes with the fruits at point 4 into the blender.
