Ingredients

  • 700ml-glass with lit, fermentation Air Lock and glass weights
  • 200g fermented beetroot
  • 10g pumpkin seeds
  • 20g sunflower seeds
  • 20ml hemp oil
  • Some salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together for 1-2 min until everything is creamy
