In addition, a cover made of linen fabric is included. This is ideal for particularly sticky doughs. With this fermentation basket for 0.5 kg bread, your sourdough receives a nice uniform shape.

Please unpack the kefir drink together with the grains immediately after receiving and make a new batch.
As a matter of course our packaging of the the cultures is made from bisphenol A-free plastic bags.
