Kombucha banana dressing – crispy lettuce meets banana-kombucha mixture

Hey together,

I like to eat salad for my life, as you have probably seen from my many other recipes … In order not to get bored with time, I´m always very adventurous with the dressing … As with my very own popular “Kombucha salad dressing recipe with orange“.

I think that just a piece of fruit in the salad makes it look even fresher and fruity. Yesterday at noon we had a large bowl of salad to eat … So I tested this dressing right away … and lo and behold …. the bowl was empty – down to the last drop … My family supports me again and again as a tester of new creations …

For this Kombucha recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 handful of dill
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of nettle seeds
  • 80 ml self-made organic Kombucha* (You can order your complete set here*)
  • 120 ml apple juice
  • 20 ml of oil
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 4 g Himalayan rock salt* (You can simply order your rock salt here* online)
  • 2 heads of salad

You want to make your organic kombucha yourself at home? You can find my article here.
The whole equipment and of course kombucha fungus, sugar, dried fruit and tea in the best organic quality you can also here* easily order online.

If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:

  1. Peel the bananas and place in pieces in a mixing container.
  2. Wash the herbs (dill, rocket, parsley), pat dry and cut into rough pieces with scissors and place in the mixing container.
  3. Now add the stinging nettle seeds, your kombucha, apple juice, oil, salt and pepper and puree everything with the blender.
  4. Wash the salad and place it in bite-sized pieces in a large salad bowl.
  5. Pour over the dressing and stir well.
  6. Serve & enjoy immediately.

    Ich habe eine Fruchtzuckerintoleranz.
Ist Kombucha oder Kefir für mich damit verträglich?
Was unterstützt die Verdauung am besten?

      Lieber Frank,
