For this easy fermented peppers recipe you need those ingredients

Do you have everything? This is how to make your fermented peppers recipe yourself!

  1. Wash peppers, cut off the cores and slice in stripes
  2. Peel garlic and onion and cut in small pieces
  3. Dissolve 10g of salt into 600ml lukewarm water
  4. Add all ingredients to the vessel and add salty water until all ingredients are covered
  5. Lock the vessel carefully with a fermentation air lock and let it ferment on room temperature for ca.7 days. Store cool afterwards inside the fridge and eat within two weeks

Ingredients

  • 1000ml-glass with lit, fermentation Air Lock and glass weights
  • 5 gloves garlic
  • 2 onions
  • Ca. 6 peppers
  • 600ml water
  • 10g salt
