Brussels sprouts are a famous winter veggie and also well known as a perfect side dish to roast meat at Christmas. But did you know that brussel sprouts fermented are also very tasty?

You can ferment so many delicious veggies and those are a wonderful snack idea as well. This fermented brussel sprouts belong to my absolute winter favourites. Try it yourself!
For this easy fermented brussel sprouts recipe you need those ingredients
- 700ml-glass with lit*, fermentation Air Lock* and glass weights* – our special fermentation set waits here* for you
- 500ml water
- 10g salt
- 10 peppercorns

- Wash brussle sprouts and cut off the first leaves
- Dissolve 10g salt in 500ml water
- Fill brussel sprouts inside the vessel and add salty water until everything is covered
- Add glass weights and close with airlock. Let it ferment 3 days on room temperature. Store cool afterwards
- Enjoy the recipe!

You should ferment it at least 3 days but after 2 – 3 weeks the brussels are really delicious:-)
