My favourite winter veggies are beetroot and apple. Those two freshly combined and fermented are going to be an amazing taste experience.

  1. Dissolve the salt inside the water
  2. Put beetroot and apple in a suitable vessel
  3. Add spices
  4. Add salty water until everything is covered
  5. Close the vessel with glass weights and airlock
  6. Let it ferment 2 days on room temperature and keep cool afterwards

Ingredients

  • 700ml-glass with lit, fermentation Air Lock and glass weights
  • 2 peeled and cut beetroot
  • 1 peeled and cut apple
  • Peppercorns
  • Mustard seeds
  • 500ml water
  • 10g salt

Instructions
