Fermenting is very easy and with this recipe you are going to love it. Try it yourself!
For this easy fermented beetroot and apple recipe you need those ingredients
- 700ml-glass with lit*, fermentation Air Lock* and glass weights* – our special fermentation set waits here* for you
- 2 peeled and cut beetroot
- 1 peeled and cut apple
- Peppercorns
- Mustard seeds
- 500ml water
- 10g salt
Do you have everything? This is how to make your fermented beetroot and apple recipe yourself!
- Dissolve the salt inside the water
- Put beetroot and apple in a suitable vessel
- Add spices
- Add salty water until everything is covered
- Close the vessel with glass weights and airlock
- Let it ferment 2 days on room temperature and keep cool afterwards
