Cucumber – carrot salad with sesame kombuchadressing – deep orange meets strong green

Hello my dear kombucha friends,

this time, I’ve thought of a fresh crisp and juicy cucumber salad with carrot for you. Especially with overcast skies or rainy days, I like to bring colorful fruits and vegetables to the house to make the sun shine at home. With the strong green of the cucumber and the deep orange of the carrot, these two vegetables provide the perfect colorful partners for my new recipe.

The carrot owes the strong color of high carotene content. Carrots are not only available in their rich orange, but also in the colors yellow, dark orange, red and dark purple or black. Black carrots have not been bred so, no, the deep black bog soil contributes to the color of the carrot …

For this juicy salad with kombucha you need the following:

  • 1 big cucumber
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 30 ml kombucha* (you can order the complete set here*)
  • 3 tbsp of sesame
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 pinches pepper

You want to make your organic kombucha yourself at home? You can find my article here*.
The whole equipment and of course kombucha fungus, sugar, dried fruit and tea in the best organic quality you can also here* easily order online.
