Avocado Cream Milkkefir Guacamole – with and without Thermomix – quickly conjured up

Hello my dears,

have you been looking for a very easy and fast prepared avocado guacamole recipe with your milk kefir? Then I have exactly the right thing for you.
You can easily prepare this milk kefir recipe with your Thermomix or, of course, with another nifty kitchen helper such as blender.

The term “guacamole” comes from Mexican cuisine and is an avocado dip. This delicious cream can be served with crunchy tortilla chips, vegetable sticks or as a side dish to the main course.

Tip: If you like spicy and fiery, you are welcome to add a small chili as an ingredient.

For this delicious milk kefir recipe you need these ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 tbsp organic milk kefir* (you can order the starter complete set here*)
  • ½ red onion
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 prs. pepper

You have all the ingredients ready? Then we start immediately:

  1. Wash and quarter the tomato.
  2. Share the avocado in half, core it and place the avocado in the mixing pot with a tablespoon.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into pieces.
  4. Add the tomato, onion and your organic milk kefir to the avocado in the mixing pot.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Crush everything at level 10 for 10 seconds.
  7. Push down with the spatula.
  8. Mix everything again at level 10 for 10 seconds.
    –>Without Thermomix: puree all the ingredients until creamy.
  9. Fill into a small bowl, serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
