    Milk Kefir

    Maya Kick – A fruity dream with Milk Kefir

    Maya Kick Kefir Drink

    Ingredients

    • 500ml organic milk kefir – Organic Milk Kefir can be bought here
    • 125g organic chia seeds – Organic Chia seeds can be bought here*
    • 250g organic raspberries
    • 1 ripe organic banana
    • 1 organic coconut / coconut water
    • 1 bunch mint

    Preparation

    Firstly allow the chia seed to soak in the milk kefir yoghurt. Mash the banana and give it to the kefir. Now add the kokonuss water from the coconut. Add raw cane sugar, whole cane sugar, cocount blossom sugar or agave syrup for sweetening if you want. Now rasp the coconut fruit pulp into slices with the help of a economy peeler. For decoration purposes retain some raspberries, mint and coconut rasps. Cut the fresh mint with a knife and add it to the pudding. Mash the fresh raspberries with a fork. Now fill a glass alternating between pudding and fruit sorbet. After that decorate with raspberries,  coconut rasps and mint.

     

    How to serve

    Served well chilled in a glass decorated with raspberries, coconut rasps and mint:-)
