What does Polish yogurt taste like?
This delicious yoghurt tastes pleasantly mild and develops a very creamy consistency.
Our delicious Polish yogurt starter culture is not a so-called heirloom variety. This means that once you have taken care of the yoghurt culture and have made Polish natural yoghurt, you can only vaccinate it to a limited extent. As a rule, yogurt culture can be vaccinated several times. The bacteria found in this yogurt starter are highly active, so that depending on the type of milk, temperature, etc., vaccinations can take up to several months. The concentration of the bacteria decreases from batch to batch until the culture finally no longer contains enough bacteria to thicken the milk.
This yogurt starter ferments thermophilically. Thermophilic means that the yogurt needs a yogurt maker for fermentation.
