What does ACIDOPHILUS yogurt taste like?
Our Acidophilus yoghurt starter culture transforms normal milk or plant drinks such as almond milk into a wonderfully creamy and mildly sour natural yoghurt.
Our delicious Acidophilus yogurt starter culture is not a so-called heirloom variety. This means that once you have taken care of the yoghurt culture and made Acidophilus natural yoghurt yourself, you can only vaccinate it to a limited extent. As a rule, yogurt culture can be vaccinated several times. The bacteria found in this yogurt starter are highly active, so that depending on the type of milk, temperature etc., vaccinations can be carried out up to several times. The concentration of the bacteria decreases from batch to batch until the culture finally no longer contains enough bacteria to thicken the milk.
This yogurt starter ferments thermophilically. Thermophilic means that the yogurt needs a yogurt maker for fermentation.
