With the inserts included in the scope of delivery, you can easily decide which cut shapes you need. The slice insert enables you to cut even thick or thin slices. The additional blades on the 3.5mm and 7mm knife inserts allow you to cut sticks, julienne strips and even cubes in 4 different sizes after cutting into the vegetables or fruit. After planing, replace the inserts with the zero slide so that the blades are protected under the insert.
We recommend that you use the safety fruit holder for every planing process to avoid injuries from the blades.
The included slide box offers you space to stow your knife inserts. So that you have to use as little space as possible in your kitchen, you can simply store the slicer, fruit holder and slide box including the inserts in the practical docking station.
