Vita Biosa Aronia has a fresh taste (all the sugars in the molasses have been fermented to 0 g in the finished product). Due to the diverse blend of organic herbs in Vita Biosa, others describe the taste almost as a pizza toping, with elements of basil sometimes being very prominent in the flavour.

The ingredients refer to the start of fermentation. During fermentation some ingredient will be metabolized by the different bacteria.

Water, molasses*, 19 herbs* 0.5% (anise*, basil*, fenugreek*, dill*, juniper*, fennel*, elder*, ginger*, angelica, chervil*, liquorice root*, oregano*, peppermint*, parsley*, roman chamomile*, rosemary*, sage*, large nettle*, thyme*), 8 different strains of microorganisms (B. lactis, B. longum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Lc. Lactis, S. thermophilus) [*from certified organic agricultur; eco control authority DK-OEKO-100].

Percentage of herbs max. 0,13% of the total product.

Recommend intake

The amount to take recommend is 20 - 50ml/day.


Please do not mix this fermented drink with hot drinks or avoid heating it in any way. This could destroy the bacteria.
