winter time is kale time. For all kale lovers, we tried something new and very special in a delicious water kefir smoothie.

Kale and smoothie sounds weird the first time you hear it but let us surprise you. With all those wonderful ingredients the taste absolutely amazed us. A colourful and vital mix for cold winter days. Try it yourself!

This is what you need for your water kefir smoothie

Are you ready for ther recipe? Here it comes:

  1. Wash kale, parsley and arugula and cut into small pieces
  2. Quarter apples and take off the cores
  3. Half pumpkin and cut into small pieces
  4. Mix all ingredients together on a high level 1-2 min
  5. Add water kefir and mix again until creamy
  6. Now enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Ca. 50ml water kefir
  • Ca. 8 leaves of kale
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 2 apples not peeled
  • 9 rosehips
  • 9 barberries
  • ½ Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 borage blossom
  • 2 branches of parsley

Instructions

Wash kale, parsley and arugula and cut into small pieces

Add water kefir and mix again until creamy
