I absolutely love the taste of rocket – in salads, smoothies or as a topping on pizza
To avoid being disappointed at home because the rocket you just bought has gone off, give the rocket a quick sniff in the store.
Did you know, that rocket in Germany is known as Rucola and Rauke and it wasn’t popular at all until people started cooking Mediterranean cuisine.
This brings us to the delicious rocket kombucha smoothie with celery, cucumber and parsley recipe.
For this easy rocket kombucha smoothie with celery, cucumber and parsley recipe you need those ingredients
- 5 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 1 handful of rocket
- 1 handful of parsley
- At the end 500ml organic Kombucha – my delicious organic kombucha waits here* for you

- Cut the celery into pieces and add them to the mixer
- Add a roughly chopped cucumber
- Add a handful of parsley and rocket
- Pour in some Kombucha and mix it thoroughly
- Fill the smoothie into glasses and enjoy
