Milk Kefir Berry Breakfast - A kefir dream made of blueberries, blackberries, banana and coconut - main picure

Dear Kefir Friends,

When I woke up today, I was thinking about a new milk kefir recipe. I was dreaming about a tasty breakfast with kefir and berries and thats why I ran straight into my kitchen to make my dream come true.

I was thinking about something my grandma used to say: „In the morning eat like a king, for lunch like a farmer and in the evening like a beggar.“ So I decided to have mself a royal start into day with a rich breakfast with tasty milk kefir.

Did you know that there a lot of different ways people are having breakfast around the world?

Most of you know at least the french version to start the day with coffee, sweet baguette or croissants. But even the brittish breakfast is well known as a very hearty start into day with eggs, bacon, saussages, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, tea, toast and jam. Do you know how a typical morning meal looks like in China? They drink soymilk with ricesoup and pasta. Saisonal they serve ricecake filled with sesame, beans and soy bean sprouds. In India they eat a kind of pancakes for breakfast served with veggetable curry and coconutchutney.

There are so many different ways to start the day with some tasty meals, but today I am looking forward to something fruity with milk kefir. Thats why I would like to show you this amazing selfmade recipe 😊
