We would like to show you in this recipe, how you can easily make kombucha coffee with your scoby and how to prepare a delicious iced kombucha coffee out of it. The taste is amazing! Try it yourself!
For this easy kombucha iced coffee recipe you need those ingredients
- 2 litres freshly made coffee
- Fermentation vessel for 2.5 litres
- Lit for the vessel – kitchen paper or towel
- 180g sugar
- 1 kombucha scoby for 2 litres – you can buy our organic kombucha here*
- Vanilla ice cream
- Crushed ice

- Fill the warm coffee inside the fermentation vessel
- Add sugar and dissolve inside the coffee
- Let the sweet coffee cool down on room temperature
- Now, add your scoby and 250ml starter liquid
- Now cover your fermentation vessel
- Let kombucha ferment for 7-8 days – how you can easily make kombucha yourself you learn here*
- Fill the kombucha coffee drink in another suitable vessel without the scoby and let it cool inside the fridge for 1-2 hours
- Now, fill in a glass with crushed ice and add a ball of ice cream
- Enjoy your drink!
