what could be better than enjoying a nice, fruity milk kefir shake in your garden during those beautiful summer days?
A super delicious drink made of your own selfmade milk kefir, fresh strawberries and sweet bananas. Add some vanilla ice cream in the end for s special taste experience. Try it yourself!
For this delicious milk kefir recipe you need these ingredients:
- 500 ml of your own organic milk kefir* (you can order the starter complete set here*)
- 300 g strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- Some vanilla if you like

You have all the ingredients ready? Then we start immediately:
- Wash strawberries and peel of the green.
- Peel banana and cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix all ingredients on a high level 1-2min until it’s creamy.
- Now decorate with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
Tip: Depending on your personal taste you can individually spice it with lemon juice or coconut blossom sugar* respectively banana.
