Dear milk kefir fans,

What could be better than having a fresh smoothie with your selfmade milk kefir in the morning? For having an awesome start into day with a colourful mix of fruits, we turned on our Vitamix and created this tasty kefir recipe for you.

For this delicous kefir recipe you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 big glass self-made probiotic milk kefir made from organic kefir grains – get your kefir grains here*
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp grated, roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 dates to sweeten

All ingredients ready? Then let´s go for the recipe!

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixer
  2. Mix ca 2 min on a high level
  3. Fill in a beautiful glass

And enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 big glass self-made probiotic milk kefir made from organic kefir grains
  • 1 ripe banana
