For this easy kombucha salad recipe you need those ingredients

  • 1 salad head
  • 6 middle size tomatoes
  • 1 middle size onion
  • 2 small avocadoes
  • Herbs and spices you like
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  1. Wash salad and tomatoes and cut into small pieces
  2. Peel onion and cut into small pieces

  5. Add kombucha, olive oil, linseeds and herbs and mix all carefully together.
  6. Let the salad soak for 10 min and serve
