Tomato-Kombucha-Dip – the dip for all occasions

Hello my dears,

I am pleased to introduce you today again a new recipe. It’s a tomato kombucha dip. This can be served for example with fresh vegetables or homemade chips or potato wedges from the oven.

An important ingredient for the dip is paprika …. Did you know that paprika powder is made from dried spiced paprika and is a direct descendant of the fiery chilli pepper? Paprikas are available in different flavors, from mild to spicy. The deep red pepper is also used to color dishes.

To keep the quality and color of your paprika powder, I recommend keeping it dry and protected from light.

But now to the recipe 😉
