The temperatures are rising and that‘s why I have a tasty and light summer salad with kombucha dressing for you this week.
A deliciuous mixture of fruity orange kombuchadressing, carrots, apples, spices and sunflower seeds
Here* you learn how to make a tasty selfmade Kombucha dressing yourself.
Do not even present your kombucha to your guests, you can even show them what awesome things you can creat with your scobys. The unique combination of a fruity dressing with kombucha brings an incredibly delicious taste experience for your guests. You will love your homemade summer salad. Convince yourself!
Tip: For everyone who is also brewing water kefir, here comes an idea how to use your dried fruits. In this recipe I use my soaked figs from my water kefir production and what should I say: The taste of them in my salad is amazing!
For this easy kombucha carrot salad you need those ingredients
- 2 small apples
- 600g carrots
- 3 branches of fresh mint
- 2 spring onions
- 3 small cut figs from your kefir production
- 3 Tbs sunflower oil
- 1 handfull sunflower seeds
- Some salt and pepper

Do you have everything? This is how to make your kombucha carrot salad recipe yourself!
- wash carrots, apples and mint
- peel carrots and grate finely
- peel apples, quarter them and take of the cores. Cut into small pieces
- hack up mint leaves and spring onions and add to carrots and apples
- add sunflowerseeds and figs cut in small pieces
- add kombuchadressing and oil
- mix all carefully together and add salt and pepper as much as you like
