Hello my dears,
Less is sometimes more. Or so they say. Today, I’m making a delicious blueberry drink. A special ingredient I chose is acai berry powder.
Did you know that you can purchase the acai berry almost exclusively in powdered form?
The fruit is native to the Amazon region and it goes off so quickly that it wouldn’t survive the transport route to us.
Buying dried acai berries is also rarely possible as it isn’t worth drying them. Because about 90% of the acai berry are made up of the stone. Therefore, the yield is very low.
This brings us to the delicious blueberry kombucha with acai berry recipe.

On a warm day the drink tastes especially nice with some crushed ice.
Have fun whilst cooking and enjoy!
