A heartfelt HI to all chocolate lovers,
with this recipe for water kefir, which in a few steps conjures up an incredibly delicious vegan chocolate mousse, I turn to you today.
This is not just a chocolate pudding, with this recipe you are preparing a creamy sweet dessert with kefir. Let yourself be surprised what you can conjure up quickly with only 3 ingredients.
For this very simple water kefir recipe you only need these 3 ingredients:
- 4 big ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp organic water kefir* (you can order the starter complete set here*)
- 3 teaspoons raw cocoa powder

If you have the ingredients, we can start immediately:
- Peel the bananas and place in the mixing pot.
- Also put your organic water kefir and the raw cocoa in the mixing pot.
- Mix everything at level 10 for 15 seconds.
- Push everything down with the spatula and mix again for 10 seconds.
–>Without Thermomix put everything in your blender or a mixing container and then stir creamy with the blender.

NImmst du da zwei Esslöffel von den Kristellen oder vom fertigen Kefir (Flüssigkeit)
