My new favourite recipe contains things you have in the pantry, except maybe Spirulina powder*.

For those of you who don’t know Spirulina: it is a biomass of blue-green algae which grows in salt lakes. That is why the algae is most commonly found in Australia, Central Amerika, South-East Asia and Africa. Spirulina belongs to the family of bacteria rather than the algae plants. Today, Spirulina is purchased as a dietary supplement in the form of pills.

  1. Put half an avocado into a mixer

  2. Cut an apple into small pieces and add it to the mixer

  3. Cut half a cucumber into pieces, also add this
  4. Add 1 tsp of Spirulina powder to the mixture
  5. Add 200ml of Kombucha and mix it thoroughly

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tsp Spirulina powder
  • 200ml organic kombucha

Instructions

Put half an avocado into a mixer

Cut an apple into small pieces and add it to the mixer

Cut half a cucumber into pieces, also add this

Add 1 tsp of Spirulina powder to the mixture

Add 200ml of Kombucha and mix it thoroughly

    Wow Das musss ich gleich mal testen ! Ich habe mir vor einiger Zeit einen Kefir angelegt und bin hellauf begeistert. Dasrezept sieht genau aus wie das was ich zum frühstück brauch Danke

    Leckeres Rezeptchen. Kleiner Tipp: Beim Kauf von Spirulina auf eine gute Qualität achten. Der Grund zur Vorsicht liegt darin, dass, wenn das Wasser, in dem die Mikroalge kultiviert wird, mit giftigen Schwermetallen verunreinigt ist, filtert die Mikroalge diese aus dem Wasser mit und schlussendlich gelangen sie so über die Nahrungsaufnahme in unseren Organismus. Am besten sollte man daher zu Zuchtalgen greifen. LG Andree
