With our delicious organic miso paste, we have added another fermentation product to our range. Active microorganisms work diligently and, thanks to long fermentation, turn selected ingredients into wonderfully tasty and active food. With the miso, the "fermentation process" takes much longer compared to kefir, kombucha & co. But it is worth waiting. Especially since we have to wait until it is dispatched. You just have to wait for the delivery time ;-) What is very important to us - as with all our food: Our miso is not pasteurized and therefore contains all fermentation cultures. Our new organic miso SOY FREE is the perfect alternative for people who cannot tolerate allergens like soy. It also contains no lupins.

Our Miso Paste are regularly reviewed by an independent and state approved laboratory for microbiology and hygiene. The production is running under strictly controlled conditions in professional business buildings. The production facility complies with the relevant statutory regulations. The German Veterinary and Food Administration carries out checks at regular intervals to ascertain that our facilities comply with the terms and conditions. Until now the German Veterinary and Food Administration has always been satisfied.

This product is a living culture. It is neither fermented, a dried product nor a sterilized product.

As a matter of course our packaging of the the cultures is made from bisphenol A-free plastic bags or glass.
