Kefirko's Kefirmaker
With this glass system from Kefirko, making kefir yourself is even easier than expected. It is an all-in-one system in the field of kefir fermentation. The clever Kefirmaker system from Kefirko combines several utensils required for fermentation in one practical device
The upper cover prevents unwanted contamination in the form of dust, insects or even microorganisms from entering the mix. In addition, a measuring cup is integrated in the upper area of the lid, which enables you to measure the amount of kefir tubers and kefir crystals. In addition, the lid can also be used as a practical coaster. This way, your kitchen is always tidy :-)

In addition to the top lid, the Kefirmaker also has a sieve lid. Two screens are integrated in this lid. On the one hand, a coarse sieve for the production of milk kefir. On the other hand, a fine sieve for the water kefir crystals. Because the strainer is directly connected to the fermentation vessel, the kefir mushrooms can be easily separated from the kefir drink. Thanks to the cleverly designed outer edge of the glass, you can now pour the contents of the kefirmaker even more easily into another glass without spilling valuable milk or water kefir.
With the shape of the glass container, the manufacturers deliberately opted for an easy-to-use concave shape. The size, shape and weight of the glass allow easy handling in everyday fermentation. Thanks to the tactile markings, it is no longer necessary to weigh or measure extra. The Kefirmaker thus combines several kitchen utensils in one. There are 2 marks on the vitreous. The first, i.e. lower, is 0.3 liters (10oz) for one serving and the second is 0.6 liters (20oz) for two servings.
The supplied scraper allows you to mix the approach well during pouring, so that your homemade kefir drink easily separates from the kefir tubers.
A citrus press is also included. You can install this directly on the Kefirmaker. With just a few simple steps you can get the best out of your fresh organic lemons to acidify your water kefir approach. With the whisk (stick) you can simply add kefir tubers to your batch, remove them or simply stir them to get the fermentation going.

Please unpack the kefir drink together with the grains immediately after receiving and make a new batch.
